i have same problem!! what i can do please help!!!
1) Don't revive old threads.2) There are two types of CoD 4, retail version and digital version, also there are two types of patches one for each. If you have the game on a disc, get the normal patch, if you bought it from d2d or something like that get the digital version patch, also don't mix patches, a digital version patch won't work on a retail game.
