Try updating your sound card drivers. So I went and bout Cryisi today I HATE PC GAMES!
So you bought 'Cryisi' but now complain sound problems from your WAR game....so you pointed out your video card...and that is the reason you hate PC games.....

I think you might be the first one that has that serious problems with the sound from a pc game since the MS-Dos days.Just like the others said update your drivers
Yep, not to sound like a broken record but update the drivers, if that fails then visit the tech support forum for Crytek, is there one? Anyways, sometimes PC games can be a bit hard to get up and running, but truth be told it's all worth it in the end.
i couldn't run cyrsis with sound on very high....it just reverberated too muchon high it was totally fine though....and to be honest i couldn't really hear the difference
Yes all my drivers are updated What I was saying in mr Warhammer online game workes fine no probems Crysis on the other hand has no sound the game workes fine on high settings but I here nothing WHY CANT IT JUST WORK and I told you me video chard becuse it is my sound card to

WAR and Crysis are in two entirely separate leagues in terms of taxing your computer. Don't be surprised if one game works well, and the other gets bogged down. That's why they post minimum and recommended hardware specifications on the boxes.

I've never heard of a 4830 combo GPU and sound card device. Is it a laptop? Any way I just had to ask now I'll go back to not caring.

This is nothing new. but my gripe is with the fact that this one game will not output sound will everything els works like it should
What about the sound setting in Crysis? Check their settings and see if they are at a high enough level to be heard.
[QUOTE=''Drosa'']What about the sound setting in Crysis? Well this is rather anoing to do but at least it works now.

Then use something such as Driver Sweeper to eliminate any traces that may cause corruption of any newly installed drivers.Or try un-installing Crysis and re-installing it again.*+
The problem is the person sitting on the chair across from the monitor connected to the computer running the Radeon HD 4830 video card. Your problem persists from when you quit PC gaming 5 years ago. You should attempt to remedy it rather than whining. (i.e. use google and other powerful tools at your disposal to become less ignorant)

The OP was gone from PC games 5 yrs ago.... bummer he came back to gripe. His issue reeks of user error. he should prolly turn around and go back to the console corner. Any dummy with an index finger can push the power button on a console. Troubleshooting isnt the OP's forte seems like. lol
*National Geographic Voice* - His grammatical, let alone spelling, errors point out that he is, indeed, a console noob.
