it's red alert for sure but i don't know why the kirov has canadian flag on it............
flags were added in later, no shadows on the water for them.
It's RA2 for sure, but I don't remember playing any scenario with Canadian Kirov's. Either it's a photoshopped joke image, or it's a mod.
