Normal for PC Specs? (WoW related)

Hey guys,My current PC is :AMD Athlon X2 6000+ 3.0GhzAsus M2A-VM Socket AM2+3GB DDR2 800 Kingston ValueRameVGA 8800GT 512500GB HDIn WoW, when i visit Dalaran i seem to get about 10-20fps, but in most other areas i get about 30fps. Is that normal for my specs? If so, then what could i change to get about 40-60fps in Dalaran and other Areas? To facilitate, my settings are on High (slider option) 1440x900 24bitx24bitx2AA V-sync on Trible BUffer on, Input lag off...Thanks :)
