buyin a used copy of COD4

I want to buy COD4 Modern Warfare for the PC just for the online.

If i buy a used copy cuse its cheaper and the original version is still incredibly expensive, will i have the option to play online on all servers?

Or if u use one copy of the serial key you cant play on another computer?buyin a used copy of COD4
