help someone please can't remember old pc car combat game

i can remember that you can choose from 4 cars when you play it the view is like brids eye view i also rememeber thAT you can freeze the other cars and shoot each other you can also play two players with the computer and you have to race each other and its not carmeggedon or interstae so please can some one help i would be very gratefulhelp someone please can't remember old pc car combat game
