Smackdown Vs Raw: What downloaded bloody character?!?!?!

Ive got a copy of WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2009, Ive owned a copy of that game with every yearly release. The first thing I have come across that has perplexed me about this game is the ''Downloaded Superstar'' option in the create a move set section. How do I download characters or is it meaning the roster updates?
