Street Fighter IV specs available yet?

Been waiting for this game to come to PC since I no longer have consoles but I want to know the specs to run it on high if possible but I can't find the min. or recommended specs to run it. Anyone know them or where I can fine them? Also do they make Arcade stick gamepads for PC's?Thanks...
