Elder Scrolls help

I downloaded a million mods the other day for Oblivion including Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul (OOO). I saw a bunch of people complaining about it being too hard so, I decided to start the game at level 20 using console commands.I leveld my skills such as marksman, restoration, alchemy, ect by using the command modpcs (skill) (number) then I would rest to level up. I leveled my minor skills a little as well, but it brought me all the way up to level 29 and now I wtfpwn and I eliminated all of the challenge except a little of it. I just wanted to get to 20 so I didn't have to start off as weakling but not too strong.Is there a console command to reset all my skills? I can lower my attributes using by using modpca (attribute) ( - number) but when I try to lower my skills the game freezes so I'm looking for a fix to reset everything without having to restart the campaign.Elder Scrolls help
I found a fix for my problem, I added 1000 to x skill and it set it to 50 instead of 75.
