Oh now it says i have a local ip address but no internet IP, how do i input the IP? Windows live. help!!

have you got a firewall? try adding whatever the game in question is, and/or the Games For Windows Live client, to your firewall's exclusion list.you could also try logging in to your Windows Live account, like you usually would to get into Hotmail or something. if that doesn't work, it's probably some problem on their end.
i added it to my exceptions list and i successfully downloaded live. the only thing is it still wont connect and my internet IP address is still blank.
