Dawn of War 2 not opening!

ok os i have had problems playing Dawn of War 2 using LIVE when i uninstalled it and reinstalled it i tried going back to Dawn of War all that happens is that is says it loading then the message goes away and nothign happens! HELP!Dawn of War 2 not opening!
You're making so many threads its hard to know which problem you've fixed and which you haven't. Did you fix the Live sign in issue? Can you sign in to Xbox.com? Download the latest Live client and see if you can sign into that. Are the programs allowed by your firewall?Dawn of War 2 not opening!

yes i can sign into xbox.com but not when im trying with windows live, yes all programs are allowed by firewall
Did you try the Live client I linked to? You can launch it as a standalone program outside of the game. Can you sign into that?

for some reason after i install it i cant find the program any where

OMG! i can sign on program not in game!
